I had great time photographing Ed and Sparky yesterday. We went out to Ed’s super secret hiking spot. It was a treat for sure. Ed and I have several common interests including gardening, IPAs, and visual communications. Good company, beautiful location, San Diego weather…what more could you ask for? This was one of the most relaxed and enjoyable assignments that I’ve had recently.
What a fun afternoon…You guys did great! You really made my job easy. Shooting in San Francisco was a blast too. Thanks for showing me your town. Tony and I are really looking forward to shooting the wedding. I love shooting destination weddings. See you in a couple weeks!

Portia and Dwight were married at the Four Seasons Aviara. The perfect couple got the perfect day! With Portia’s mom, Belita Butler, owner of Events Above and Beyond, doing double duty as mother-of-the-bride and coordinator, everything ran like clock work and looked like a million bucks.
You are the BEST!! Can’t wait to see all the beautiful wedding pictures,
Belita

We are still amazed everytime look at our beautiful photos. People are still talking about the photos and how unique the album is.
Nothing but success and happiness to you! You are the best!
Liana and Rick are getting ready to jet off to Indonesia for their wedding in September. Did I mention that I love shooting destination weddings? : ) They are friends of mine from a pool league that we participate in on Monday nights. So, we’re used to shooting together… just a different kind of shooting. I enjoy photographing friends because the rapport is already there so it’s that much easier to jump right in. They were great to work with, bringing tons of energy and openness to the shoot. We had a busy afternoon starting in Balboa Park, then heading downtown and finally catching sunset at the beach in La Jolla. I bet Liana will wear more comfortable shoes next time!
Looked and looked for him a Polynesian drum made in Hawaii, but only found those “Made in Taiwan (or China)” or those made in Hawaii WAY, WAY out of my price range! But I sure did think of him while we were watching those drummers at the Polynesian Cultural Center. He would have loved it!
Hi Lowell, its been slightly more than a year since we last met. Hopefully i’ll visit San Diego again one day
Great job & beautiful couple!
